Raw grains undergo rigorous mechanical pre-cleaning. Heavy-duty destoners, density graders, and vibrating screens meticulously separate stones, dust, mud balls, and agricultural foreign matter. Only highly cleansed raw material is permitted to enter the main milling line.

Optical Sortex Cleaning

Hygienic Milling & Splitting
For our processed varieties, the cleaned whole dal enters our specialized milling units. Using temperature-controlled emery rollers, the skin is gently removed and the grain is split without losing its natural protein and fiber, creating our signature creamy split urad dal.
